What I teach is not new, and I don’t own it. I come from a long line of brilliant teachers reaching back to ancient times. It is a core value of mine to know where I come from, to credit the work of those who came before me, and to honor the multifaceted web of teachers of the past, present, and future of which I am a part. My work weaves ancient wisdom together with modern wisdom to share it generously and kindly in a way that is palatable and applicable.
Anatomical knowledge is power. My classes, workshops, and sessions are steeped in my years of anatomy study, always building toward alignment and deeper self-awareness. You will leave our time together feeling embodied, empowered, and able to trust your own intuition and inner guidance. It is not about me, but connecting with yourself and seeing yourself more clearly. I am a guide, inviting you to explore and remember the wisdom that lies within you.
I am a lifelong seeker who is committed to continual learning. With each book I open, I commit to maintaining an agile and adaptable mind and being, shifting and expanding my worldview as I live, learn, and grow. There is no singular path to truth. My methodology is built over years of collecting gems from various lineages and philosophies. I joyfully share my learnings with you in hopes of inspiring and educating you toward embodiment, grounding, connection, and fulfillment.
After a season of expansive and rich study, learning, and expanding, I am living into a season of simplifying, streamlining, and getting extremely clear with my teaching. I do not need to be everything for everyone, but rather teach from my strength, passion, and dharma.
My next steps include taking the Ayurvedic health counselor board exam and offering enriching workshops and trainings that weave together yoga therapy and Ayurveda. I am also building mentorship and coaching opportunities for yoga teachers.
My wider dreams envision one day being an Ayurvedic doctor and working in a panchakarma center. I would love to write a book to communicate my thoughts, story, and learnings to a wider audience, and create my own 200/300 hour teacher training.
