Join a Yoga or Ayurveda Workshop
From Yin to Yamas, Chakras to Ayurveda, the ancient wisdom of the Vedas has never been more relevant for how we live our lives. I use my extensive training to communicate this wisdom to you in an approachable, yet thorough manner, in a wide range of workshops in the Twin Cities area.
Upcoming Minneapolis & St. Paul Yoga & Ayurveda Workshops
If I have a scheduled Yoga or Ayurveda workshop, it will be listed here. If you do not see what you’re looking for, please contact me for additional information.
Intro to Ayurveda
Ayurveda translates from Sanskrit as the “science of life.” We are each born with a certain constitution, or dosha, that determines our personalities, body types, food preferences, emotions, etc. In this workshop, you will learn how to determine your own personal dosha and which breath techniques, yoga styles, postures, foods, and mudras correspond with your particular makeup. The workshop is intended for students of all levels and will also include a short physical practice exploring each dosha and its properties.
You will leave the workshop with a better understanding of this ancient science that will add a new layer of depth to your yoga practice and help you find balance beyond the mat using special techniques designed for your particular dosha.

Chakra Rest Up
We all live very full lives. Our racing minds and sympathetic (fight-or-flight) nervous systems need a break. To maintain our health long-term, it’s essential to rest and restore. Join Meghan Foley and Ellie Roscher as they lead you through a powerful, grounding, and tender 90-minute workshop designed to calm your body and mind through a unique combination of Personal Reflection, Restorative Yoga, Aromatherapy, Hands-on assists, and Massage. Each session will explore one chakra and offer exactly the kind of self-care we all need after a long week. Come, lower your stress level, release long-held tension, and increase your energy levels for a joyful weekend ahead.
Intro to Yoga Anatomy
Want to learn about anatomy and how understanding the skeleton and muscles enriches your yoga practice and teaching? This workshop will give both students and teachers a firm foundation in the basic anatomical movements, bones and muscles, as pertains to the yoga practice.
Get to know your body and how to identify common misalignments on and off your mat. From an energetic perspective, when our bones are aligned, our energy can flow more freely, instilling a sense of ease within structure.
