wake up your true core: how to find abdominal & pelvic Floor Stability

 

We often hear “strengthen your core” in the yoga and fitness world, but what does that really mean? The core encompasses much more than just the 6-pack, and is especially important to take into consideration prenatally and postnatally.

This workshop will teach you about the anatomy of the true core and its functions, incorporate daily movements and postural tips you can practice to keep your core and pelvic floor strong and flexible, as well as go over specific questions and common concerns during the prenatal and postnatal phases of life.
